Graviss Hospitality has its office at Flat No. D-95 in the MMTC Colony on Aurobindo Marg. Being in New Delhi means there is never a quiet moment outside on the main road. The colony itself is a bit calmer once you get inside. We have been working out of this flat for a while now. It is a practical space, nothing too flashy. We have our files, our computers, and a small area to make tea when the afternoon slump hits. Dealing with hospitality means we are always thinking about rooms and guests and food, even if we are just sitting in a colony flat. Aurobindo Marg is a major stretch, so getting to work is usually a bit of a struggle with the Delhi traffic. We handle the administrative side of things here. It is a lot of emails and phone calls to different properties. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of stationery, just like any other place. We are not some giant faceless corporation with a lobby; we are just people in D-95 trying to keep things organized. New Delhi-110017 is where we call home for the workday. We know the local tea stalls and the best places to grab a quick lunch nearby. It is steady work, and we just try to do it right without making a big fuss about it. The flat gets a bit warm in the summer, but we manage.
