Graviss Food Solutions (Baskin Robbins/Italicks)

Our office for Graviss Food Solutions, which handles things for Baskin Robbins and Italicks, is at D-31/A 1St Floor. We are located in the Noor Nagar Extension, specifically in Johri Farms, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-25. The neighborhood is very lively and can be quite crowded. Being on the first floor, we can hear everything happening on the street. It’s a mix of residential and small business vibes. We deal with a lot of food-related stuff, mostly coordinating things for the ice cream side. The office isn't very large. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with paperwork and people on their phones. It gets pretty busy, especially when the weather is warm and everyone wants ice cream. We don’t have a showroom or anything like that here. It’s just the back-end work. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so moving big boxes is always a chore. We’ve got a small balcony where some of us stand for a bit of air, looking out at Johri Farms. It’s a very local feel, not at all like a big corporate headquarters. People in Jamia Nagar know the building, and we just go about our business every day. There are no fancy decorations or motivational posters. We just focus on Graviss Food Solutions and making sure the orders are right. It’s a lot of routine work, but we stay on top of it as best we can.
