You can find us at Sector 10 in Dwark, specifically at Plot No. 23A. It’s a bit of a specific address since we are located in the BPCL area, over in Flat No. 204. Grace India Holiday Pvt.Ltd isn't some massive corporation with a skyscraper. We operate from a more personal setting, which is how we like it. Working with Mr. N.K. Timothy, we've set up a place where we can actually talk to people without all that corporate noise. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoons, which is nice when you're stuck doing paperwork for hours. Travel planning is a lot more than just looking at pictures of beaches. It’s mostly logistics and making sure the dates line up. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everything is ready for the groups we work with. Sometimes things go wrong, like a bus being late or a hotel losing a reservation, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just part of the job. New Delhi is a busy place to run a business from, but Sector 10 feels a bit more manageable than the center of the city. We don't put on any acts here. If you come by, you'll see us just as we are, usually surrounded by stacks of papers and half-empty tea cups. We just want to make sure the trips we plan actually happen the way they are supposed to. It takes a lot of effort, but we stay at it.
