We’ve been sitting here at A-602 in J.J. Colony for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Delhi, and things never really slow down around these parts. Running a property place like Goyal Properties means we spend most of our mornings answering phones and trying to keep track of who is looking for what. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes the office is a mess with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. People come in from the neighborhood asking about rentals or if someone is selling nearby. We just talk to them like neighbors because that’s what we are. There’s no big fancy lobby here, just some chairs and a desk where we get things done. Delhi is a big city, and 110059 is our little corner of it. We help people find a roof over their heads without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout over the phones, but that’s just how it goes living and working in Delhi. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to make sure if you walk into our place in J.J. Colony, you get a straight answer. It’s mostly just us handling the daily stuff, making sure the keys are where they should be and that the paperwork isn't too confusing for folks. We've seen the area change a lot over the years and we just keep doing our thing.
