You can find Goyal Communication at B-II-15 in Khanpur Madagir. We have been here at this spot for quite a long time now. It’s a very practical shop. We don’t believe in having a lot of fancy decorations or bright lights to attract people. Instead, we just focus on the actual work, which usually involves fixing phones or helping people get their new mobile connections set up. Khanpur is a really busy neighborhood, and there’s always someone coming through the door with a cracked screen or a phone that won't turn on. We do our best to get things fixed fast because we know how much people need their phones for work and family these days. It’s a small operation here, mostly family-run in spirit. We know a lot of the people who live in the blocks nearby. Sometimes the local kids come in for a small top-up, or the elderly folks stop by because they can’t figure out how to use a new app. We sit down with them and show them how it works without rushing them. It’s just part of being in the community. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We are happy right here in Madagir, serving the people who live around us. Our shop has all the basics you would expect. We keep things honest and very simple. If something can’t be fixed, we just say so. That’s the way we’ve always done it. We are just regular folks doing our jobs.
