Gowell Travels

Gowell Travels is situated at Wz-1136 in Palam Village Extension, over near Dwarka in New Delhi. It’s a local spot that stays quite busy. We spend our days mostly on the phone or checking things on our computers. It’s not a very big office, but it has everything we need to keep things running. Palam Village is a place where everyone seems to know everyone else. We like being part of that community. When people come in, we usually offer them a seat and ask what they need. There is no script or fancy presentation. We just look at the options and tell them what’s available. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with brochures and folders, but we manage. The street outside is always noisy, but once you’re inside, we focus on the work. We handle travel arrangements for all sorts of people. Some are going nearby and some are going far away. It doesn't matter much to us as long as the booking is correct. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to be the one that people in Dwarka can rely on. It’s a simple goal. We take our breaks when we can and try to keep a positive attitude even when the computer system is slow. It’s just a normal day for us, working hard at our desks in Palam Village. We’ve been here for years and we know the rhythm of the place.
