Our office is inside one of the DDA Flats at 47 Jaidev Park, in East Punjabi Bagh. Being in a residential block means it’s a bit more relaxed than a high-rise office building. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer, looking at flight schedules and bus routes. The address in New Delhi 110026 is where we do all the planning. We have maps and some old travel brochures lying around the desks. It’s mostly just us trying to figure out the best way to get people from one place to another. There’s a lot of talking to drivers and checking on hotel bookings. It’s not all glamorous travel; it’s mostly just logistics and making sure we haven't missed a detail. The neighborhood is pretty green, and we see the same people walking their dogs past the flat every day. We don't have a big storefront with neon signs. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing paperwork. We just keep at it, trying to make the travel arrangements work out for everyone who asks us for help. Sometimes we stay late because of time zone differences for tickets, but that's part of it. We just sit here at 47 Jaidev Park and get it done.
