Working out of Flat No 75 in Jamna Apartments can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We are located in Sector 9 of Rohini, right in the heart of New Delhi. It’s a typical apartment block, so you have to buzz the gate to get in. Golden Wings Tours Pvt Ltd has been based here for several years now. We have two small rooms filled with maps, printed itineraries, and a few old computers that hum all day. It’s definitely more of a home-office vibe than a corporate one. My cousin helps out with the bookings, and we usually have the radio playing in the background. Sector 9 is a busy place, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We try to keep things organized, but there are always stacks of flyers and tour books everywhere. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or drop off mail. It’s a friendly place to be. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small nameplate on the door. You have to climb a few flights of stairs to reach us, which keeps us active. Most of our work happens on the phone or through emails, so the flat stays pretty busy. It’s just us doing what we know, right here in the middle of Rohini. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and the people who know where to find us. It’s home.
