Golden Waters Resort Kerla

Even though our name says Kerala, this specific office for Golden Waters Resort is actually located in New Delhi. We are found at 74-A Bharat Nagar, right near the New Friends Colony area. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the other side of the city because of the traffic. We handle all the bookings and the messy paperwork here. The office itself is small and usually has a few old brochures lying around on the chairs. Most people just call us on the phone but sometimes folks drop by to ask about their travel dates in person. It's a busy part of Delhi so finding a parking spot is always a bit of a nightmare for us and the visitors. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The building isn't very new and the walls could probably use some paint. We just try to get the details right so people don't have any issues when they actually go down south for their holidays. It’s a lot of typing and checking calendars all day long. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Just some desks, computers, and a few of us working. Sometimes the tea guy comes by in the afternoon and that's usually the highlight of the day. We're just a small team working out of this Delhi spot. If you’re looking for the resort itself, you’ve got to go to the coast, but we stay here.
