Golden Vacations

Our place is over in Laxmi Nagar, specifically at H-3 in the Garhwalli Mohalla area. This is in Delhi-92. It’s a crowded neighborhood, very typical for this part of the city. We spend our days helping people with their travel plans and vacation stuff. The office isn't anything special; it’s just a room with some computers and a lot of brochures scattered around. It gets pretty busy in here, and sometimes there’s a lot of noise coming from the street outside with the rickshaws and vendors. We’ve been here for a while and know the area and the people well. Planning trips can be stressful when flights get canceled or hotels are full, so we spend a lot of time on the phone trying to sort things out. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a big reception desk to greet people. It’s just us, sitting at our desks, trying to make things work for people who want to go on holiday. The space is a bit cluttered with maps, files, and half-empty tea cups, but we manage to find what we need. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big marketing budget, so most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have more than two people visiting at once, but we make it work and keep things moving along for everyone.
