Our little office is tucked away in Mandawali at B 85. We are basically inside Joshi Nagar and if you are looking for us, just ask for Rajender Ram’s place since we are right there with him. It is a crowded part of Delhi but that is just how it is here. Most days we are just busy picking up the phone and trying to help people figure out where they want to go for their holidays. There are always kids playing in the street outside and the sounds of the city never really stop. We have a small desk and a computer that sometimes runs a bit slow when it gets too hot in the afternoon. People come in with all sorts of questions about trips and we do what we can to sort them out without making it too complicated. It is a family-oriented area so things feel pretty safe and friendly. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It is just a regular house turned into a workspace. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while waiting for the internet to start working again after a power cut. Delhi 110092 is a busy pin code and there is always something happening on the main road nearby. We just keep our heads down and handle the bookings as they come. It is simple work but it keeps us on our toes most of the week. There is always someone coming or going in this part of town.
