Godrej Hicare Ltd.

You can find us at Flat No. 74 on the 2nd Floor in Paschim Vihar Ext. Working out of a flat in New Delhi 110063 is different than being in a big office park. It feels more personal, almost like we are just visiting a neighbor. Godrej Hicare Ltd. has been using this space for a bit now, and it works for what we do. We have to walk up the stairs since the building is a bit older, which is good exercise for the legs I guess. The rooms are filled with supplies and folders, and we’ve tried to cram as many desks as possible into the living area. It’s a bit tight when we are all in at the same time, but it keeps things lively. We don't have any big signs or fancy branding inside. It’s just a place where we do the paperwork and manage the staff who go out into the city. The windows look out over the residential street, and we often see the vegetable sellers going by with their carts during the day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big corporate culture; we just know each other well and work together to finish what needs to be done. Sometimes we share snacks in the afternoon, and the atmosphere is generally pretty relaxed. We aren't trying to be something we are not. We are just a small team in a flat.
