Godreg Furnitures is a small place located in Dayal Park West, right in the J-Block of Sagarpur. You can find us at Rz-15/261. It is a busy area in New Delhi, and our shop is tucked away where we handle all the wood and metal work. My tools are usually spread out all over the floor because there is always a chair or a table being fixed. We have been in Sagarpur for a long while now. People come in asking for cupboards or maybe a new bed frame. The dust from the sanding is just part of the daily life here. It gets a bit noisy with the saws going, but that is how it is. Sometimes we run out of space when a big delivery comes in. I usually sit on one of the finished stools to have my lunch. We do not have a fancy showroom with lights and carpets. It is just a workspace where we get things done. We know most of the people on this street by name. If the door is open, it means we are working. We try to finish things on time, but sometimes the wood takes longer to dry or a specific part is missing. It is honest work and we stay busy from morning until the sun goes down. Most of our customers live nearby and just walk over to see how their order is coming along.
