This office is tucked away in Rajnagar Part-2 in Palam. It’s down Gali Number 4, which is a bit narrow if you’re driving. We’re close to the airport, so you can hear the planes taking off and landing all the time. It becomes a kind of background hum after a few weeks of working here. The office at Rzf 762/33 is just a simple building where we manage things. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s mostly just us at our desks, surrounded by stacks of paper and old computers. Sometimes we have to deal with people who are stressed about their flights, so we try to keep things calm. We have a small fan in the corner that rattles a bit when it’s on the high setting. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't from around New Delhi-45. We usually get our lunch from the local dhaba around the corner because their lentils are quite good and cheap. The work is mostly checking lists and making sure the flight data is correct. It’s a busy job, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone is traveling. We don’t have a lot of time for chatting, but we always make time for a quick tea break in the afternoon. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job in a busy neighborhood.
