Go Travel Pvt. Ltd. is a small travel office we have in Uttam Nagar. It is not a big place at all, just a couple of desks and some computers. Uttam Nagar is a very busy part of the city, so there are always people walking past our window from morning to night. We help people with their flights, trains, and bus journeys. A lot of folk come in because they find it easier to talk to someone in person than to try and use a phone app. We have been here for a good while. The office is a bit old, and the chairs are not the newest, but it is comfortable enough for a chat. We don't do much advertising around here. Most people hear about us from their friends or family who live in the same street. We spend the day looking at screens and trying to find the best dates for someone to travel. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the street vendors and the constant traffic. We just keep working through the noise. Since it is just a few of us here, we know our customers pretty well. We like to talk with them about where they are going and who they are visiting. It is a simple way to make a living. We don't have a website with lots of photos, just a basic service for the neighborhood. We stay until the last ticket is printed.
