We operate out of a small place in Sadh Nagar, Palam Colony, which is quite close to Ram Chowk. The address is actually C/O Mr. A.K. Rajput at Rz-229/3, Gali No.5. It is a very local setup, not like those big glass buildings you see in the main business districts. Living and working around Palam means we are right near the heart of the aviation area anyway. Dealing with Go Airlines business from a spot like this means things are a bit more personal. We have the usual office stuff like computers and files, but the atmosphere is more like a neighborhood home. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with bikes or kids playing, but that’s just life in this part of New Delhi. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking flight schedules on the screen. It is a lot of small details that need to be right so that everything goes smoothly for the travelers. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby, you just have to look for the right gate in the lane. It’s practical and we stay focused on what needs to get done for the day. Whether it's sorting out a booking or answering a query about a flight, we just take it one step at a time. It’s a busy life here in Gali Number 5, but we like being part of the community while doing our work.
