Our office is located in RS Apartment, House No-166, in the Mahipalpur area of New Delhi. Since we’re Go Airlines, being so close to the airport is pretty much a requirement. However, don't expect a big terminal-style building. We’re actually working out of an apartment space, which makes the whole thing feel a lot more personal and, at times, a bit cramped. We have desks squeezed into rooms that were probably meant for beds once upon a time. It’s a busy place with people always talking about flight paths, crew schedules, and ticket issues. You can hear the planes taking off and landing all day long, which serves as a constant reminder of the work we’re doing. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. If you walk in, you’re likely to just see someone eating their lunch at their desk or a group of people huddled over a computer screen trying to fix a scheduling conflict. We don’t use big corporate words or try to make ourselves sound more important than we are. We are just a team of people who are good at logistics and who work hard to keep everything on track. It’s a bit of a frantic environment sometimes, and the office isn't always perfectly tidy, but we get the job done. It’s just how we operate here in Mahipalpur.
