This office is tucked away in Siddharth Gali, which is a small lane in the Fazalpur area of New Delhi. We’re at 327-B, care of Mr. S.B. Sharma. It’s not at the airport, so you won’t see any planes from here. It’s more of a back-office spot where we handle the things people don’t see. The street outside is narrow and can get pretty congested with rickshaws and people walking. Inside, it’s just a regular office with computers and a lot of folders. We spend our days looking at schedules and dealing with administrative stuff. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you’re not used to the area. The building is an older one, and we’ve been here for a while. It’s a modest setup compared to what people expect from an airline. We have a small crew and we all know each other’s business. We drink a lot of chai and get through the paperwork. It’s quiet inside most of the time, except when the phones start going. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Just a small plate on the door. It’s just where we work and handle the day-to-day operations for the company. We just show up, do the hours, and head home through the Delhi traffic. It is a very normal way to spend a workday in this city.
