Our office is based in Tilak Nagar at 20B/98B. We aren't out at the airport where the planes are; we handle more of the administrative and customer support side of things from this location. It is a regular office space in a very busy part of New Delhi. We have a small team of people who spend their time answering phones and dealing with all sorts of questions about flights and bookings. It can get quite noisy in here when everyone is talking at once, but we are used to it by now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, chairs, and a lot of computers that stay on all day. We see some people coming in person if they live in the neighborhood and have an issue they want to discuss face-to-face. Tilak Nagar is always full of life, so there is always something happening right outside our door. We try to stay on top of all the changes that happen in the airline business, which keeps us pretty busy most of the time. We don't use any big marketing talk; we just focus on the specific tasks we have for the day. Most of us have been working here for quite a while, so we know how to handle the common problems that come up. It is a steady job and we just keep things moving along as best as we can for the airline.
