We are based in Raj Nagar Part-II, over in Palam Colony. The address is Rzf 765/7 in Gali Number 6. If you live around here, you know the sound of the planes taking off because the airport is so close. It’s a constant background noise that we don’t even notice anymore. Our office is in a crowded street where the bikes are parked everywhere. It’s a typical Palam setup with small storefronts and houses all mixed together. Inside, it’s just a few rooms with tables and files piled up. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some cups in the corner. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but they hold up the shelves just fine. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away on the keyboards. The street outside is always busy with people going to the market. We have a small sign but it's easy to miss if you're not looking for the Gali number. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s just a working space in a busy part of Delhi-45. We deal with the heat in the summer and the fog in the winter just like everyone else. It’s a bit cramped when we have deliveries coming in but we manage to clear a path. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here.
