Our base is over in Burari at A- Block, Gali No.11/2, House Number 746. It is right in the middle of Kamalvihar, which is a busy residential area. Go Air India Pvt Ltd has its office here, but it is not what you might expect for an aviation-related company. We don't have any planes parked outside or a big runway. It is just a regular house where we handle the administrative side of things. The streets around here are quite narrow, and it can be a bit tricky to find us if you are not from the neighborhood. Inside, we have our desks set up with computers and a lot of files. We spend the day checking schedules, managing staff details, and dealing with all the documents that come with running a business like this. It is often quite loud outside with the sounds of the gali, but we just get on with our work. We are a small group of people who have been working together for a while. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done. The office is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of paperwork to sort through, but it serves its purpose. We are just a local part of a much bigger industry, working from a quiet corner of Delhi.
