Our shop is right on Padam Singh Road in the Reghar Pura area of Karol Bagh, at 4342-44. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how packed it gets. There’s always someone shouting or a horn honking outside. We deal with phones and all the stuff that goes with them. The shop is small, so we have to use every inch of wall space for displays. It gets a bit overwhelming with all the boxes and cables everywhere. I spend a lot of my time sitting at the small bench in the back, trying to fix screens or sorting out software issues. My hands are usually busy with tiny screws that I end up dropping on the floor. It’s a lot of squinting. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. People come in all day with broken devices or looking for a charger. Sometimes the internet is slow, and it takes forever to finish a simple task. We don't have a fancy uniform. I usually just wear a t-shirt. The shop isn't anything special to look at, but we’ve been here long enough that people know where to find us. It’s just a regular day-to-day business, trying to keep up with all the new gadgets coming out. I keep a stack of old magazines on the counter for customers to flip through while they are waiting.
