Gmr

Gmr is located at C-17 in the Indian Airlines Colony. This is in Vasant Vihar, which is a pretty decent part of New Delhi to be in. It’s a lot quieter than the main markets. The colony has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk through the gates. Our office is just a regular house that’s been turned into a workspace. It’s not flashy or modern at all. We have some old filing cabinets that are a bit heavy to open and a few desks that have seen better days. We don't really have a big sign outside, just the house number. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we all know how the others take their tea. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at documents. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s what we do. Vasant Vihar has some nice trees and parks, so it’s good for a walk when the weather isn't too hot. The security guards at the entrance are friendly enough once they get to know you. We don't have fancy corporate lunches. Usually, someone brings a tiffin and we all share what’s inside. It’s a very simple setup. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up at C-17 every morning and get to work until it’s time to go home.
