Gmr

At Gmr, we operate out of Street No.-38, 5/58, Regar Pura in Karol Bagh. It is right in the middle of New Delhi, so it gets very loud and busy outside our doors. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while. Our space isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We mostly spend our time on paperwork and managing the logistics that come our way. It can get a bit messy in the office with all the files stacked up, but we know where everything is. Karol Bagh is a tough place to get around sometimes with all the traffic. We usually just walk to grab lunch nearby. The people here have been working together for a long time. We don't really have big meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be finished. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. No one wears suits or anything fancy unless they really have to. We just focus on getting through the daily tasks. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out, and we just deal with it. That’s just life in Delhi. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work is done by the time we head home in the evening. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here in the city. We keep the lights on and the tea hot for whoever stops by.
