This place is run through Devendra Yadav at Veer Bazaar Wali Gali No 11 in Kapashera. It is right near the airport in New Delhi but also has a connection to Haryana. The office is in a small lane called Gali Number 11. It is a very local spot and not what you would expect for something related to the airport. There is a medical shop called Diska Medical nearby that everyone uses as a landmark. Kapashera is a very busy area with lots of workers and small shops everywhere. We spend our days handling things related to the airport operations from this little corner. It is a lot of logistics and talking to people on the phone. The street is narrow and cars sometimes get stuck. We see a lot of people passing by our door every hour. It is a dusty area because of all the construction around the airport. We have a small desk and some old chairs. It is not a fancy office with a view. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the planes fly low and you can hear the engines really loud. It is just part of being here. Devendra is usually around to keep an eye on things. We are just a small part of a big system working out of a simple street in Kapashera.
