Globeground India Pvt. Ltd. is located at D-743, Mandir Marg in New Delhi. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to some other parts of the city, which is nice when you are trying to focus. We deal with a lot of the ground stuff for travel and aviation, but here at the office, it is mostly about the logistics and the back-end stuff. The building is older, and it has that specific New Delhi feel to it. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how everyone likes their coffee. It is not a very formal environment. We talk a lot across the desks and try to solve problems as they come up. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there are delays or changes to handle, but we usually figure it out. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just look at the schedules and make sure everything is where it needs to be. The Mandir Marg area is quite central, so it is easy for us to get around when we need to. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with computers, a lot of folders, and people working hard. We try to keep it simple and just get the job done every day without too much extra drama or overhead. It is a decent place to spend our time.
