We operate out of C-2/10 in Prashant Vihar, which is a busy area in Delhi. Our company, Globeground India, focuses on the ground side of the aviation industry. That means we deal with everything that happens on the tarmac and in the terminals that isn't the actual flying. Our office is a mix of desks, computers, and a lot of communication equipment. It’s not a quiet place. There is always a phone ringing or someone discussing a flight schedule. We handle a lot of logistics, making sure that baggage, passengers, and planes are all moving as they should be. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we’re used to the odd hours and the constant changes. We don't have a fancy corporate lobby. It’s a working office where we focus on getting the job done. We spend a lot of time on spreadsheets and talking to people at the airport. Sometimes things get stressful when there are delays, but we just stay at our desks and work through it. The area around Prashant Vihar has plenty of spots to grab a quick bite, which is good because we don't always have time for a long break. It’s a practical, fast-moving business and we just keep our heads down and do our part to keep the aviation industry moving from our corner of the city. There’s always something new to deal with every single day here.
