Globe Ground India

Down in Mahavir Enclave, specifically at RZ-H4/47B, you will find our office. Being in Palam means we are right near the heart of the action in New Delhi. Globe Ground India is basically a place where people who know the airport world come to work. It is not a quiet office. You can hear the planes sometimes, and the energy of the city is always right there at the doorstep. The walls are a bit plain, and the furniture has been around for a long time, but it serves its purpose. We deal with a lot of coordination and scheduling, which means the whiteboards are always covered in scribbles and dates. Our staff comes from all over Delhi, so the lunchroom is a mix of different smells and languages. We do not spend much time on fancy presentations; we just focus on making sure the ground operations are handled. It can be stressful when things are moving fast, but we have a good rhythm going. Palam is a busy area, so getting to work is an adventure in itself every day. We usually have a pot of tea going and some biscuits for anyone who stops by. It is a straightforward operation without any of the corporate fluff you see in the big glass towers. We are just regular people doing a job that keeps things moving on the ground. Some days are longer than others, but we get through it.
