You’ll find Globe Ground India Pvt Ltd. down at Street Number 5 in Wazir Nagar. The house number is 1491. It’s a bit of a busy street, like most places in this part of New Delhi. We’ve been working out of this building for a good while now. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass elevators. Instead, it is a regular building where we’ve set up our desks and equipment. We like being in Wazir Nagar because it feels real—there’s always something happening outside the window. Inside, the focus is just on getting through the daily tasks. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours or using fancy buzzwords. Talking to each other and figuring out what needs to get done is how we handle things. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. A little kitchen area is where we make coffee, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. Most of our day is spent on the computers or sorting through files. It’s a very practical environment. There isn't a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We’re just local people doing our jobs and making sure the business keeps running as it should. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the workday, and we’re quite used to the rhythm of it by now. Usually, we lock up around six and head home like everyone else.
