Globe Ground India Lufthansa Airlines

Our office is on the second floor of G-8/11 in Malviya Nagar. It is a busy part of South Delhi, and the market is just a short walk away. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually packed with cars and people. We work on the ground handling side for the airline, so there is always a lot of coordination involved. The office isn't huge, but it fits all of us and our equipment. We have some old desks and chairs that have seen better days. It feels like a lived-in space. There’s always someone coming in or out with a clipboard or a laptop. Malviya Nagar has a certain rhythm to it. In the mornings, it’s a bit slow, but by noon, everything is in full swing. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. The walls have some maps and a few calendars pinned up. We focus on making sure the logistics and the ground staff details are all in order. Sometimes we stay late when there are shifts to manage or issues at the airport to sort out from here. It’s a lot of practical work and staying on top of emails. Most of us eat lunch together at our desks or go down to the local shops for a quick bite. It’s a decent place to work, surrounded by the usual Delhi chaos and life that makes the day pass by quickly.
