Globe Ground India, Lufthansa Airlines

We are located on the second floor at G-8/11 in Malviya Nagar. This is where the team for Globe Ground India and Lufthansa Airlines works from. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops nearby, so getting lunch is easy, but parking is always a nightmare. Our office is where all the planning happens for the stuff that goes on at the airport. We handle ground stuff, which means making sure everything is ready for the planes. There are a lot of computer screens and charts on the walls. It’s not a very fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time talking to the airport staff and making sure schedules are kept. Sometimes the flights are delayed and then everything gets very stressful here. We drink way too much coffee to stay awake during the busy shifts. The building is a bit old, and the stairs are steep, but we like being in Malviya Nagar. It feels more like a community than a cold office park. We are just regular people who know a lot about how airlines run. We don't use big words or pretend to be more than we are. We just show up, do the coordination work, and hope for no delays. It’s a lot of logistics and talking, but we’ve been doing it a long time now. We keep the ground running smoothly from our little corner.
