Globe Ground India - Lufthansa Airline

We’re based out of Fa-7 in Mansarover Garden. This is where we handle the ground operations side of things for Lufthansa here in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a trek from the actual airport, but this is where the office work gets done. The building is just a standard place in a residential-looking street. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on logistics and making sure the ground staff have what they need. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary. We deal with a lot of coordination and scheduling. Sometimes it feels like we’re just moving numbers around on a screen, but we know it matters for the planes. The office is usually full of the sound of keyboards and people talking on the phone. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace for the team. We’ve been in Mansarover Garden for quite a while now and most people in the building know us. We try to keep things efficient, even when the workload gets heavy during the peak travel seasons. It’s a steady environment where we just focus on getting the day's tasks finished. There’s no corporate talk here, just people doing their jobs to keep the airline moving on the ground. We have our routines and they seem to work well for us. It’s just how we operate day in and day out.
