We are based out of Munirka Village in New Delhi. The address is H.No.-86, which is part of Devraj Tokas's property. If you've ever been to Munirka, you know the lanes are very narrow and it can be a real puzzle to find a specific house number. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. The office is basically just a room converted for work. It’s got a couple of computers, some printers, and a whole lot of files. Because it’s in a village area, it doesn't feel like a typical business district. You hear children playing outside and people talking in the streets all day long. It’s a very lived-in atmosphere. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People usually find us through word of mouth or by asking the neighbors. Inside, it's a bit cramped because we have so much stuff packed in, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time helping people with their travel papers and things like that. It’s a lot of typing and phone calls. Sometimes we have to run out to get photocopies or something from the market. It’s not a polished environment, but we get the work done. The team is just a few of us who have worked together for ages. We don't bother with corporate talk, we just speak plainly and try to help anyone who walks through the door. It’s just how we run things here.
