Global Health Mate

We’ve been running Global Health Mate out of Shop No. 4 in Welking Tower for a while now. It’s right here in Patparganj. Most days it’s just us handling boxes and making sure everything is where it should be on the shelves. People come in looking for various health supplies and we just try to help them find what they need without making a big deal out of it. It’s a small space but it works for us. Patparganj can get pretty busy with traffic, but our spot stays relatively organized. We spend a lot of time checking our inventory because things move in and out constantly. It’s not fancy or anything like that. We have our regulars who drop by just to see what’s new or to pick up their usual items. It’s mostly just hard work and staying on top of the orders. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to shuffle things around, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't have a giant team, so everyone does a bit of everything. Cleaning up, answering the phone, and packing orders fills up most of our hours. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real community. If you are around Welking Tower, you’ll see our sign. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day. There’s always something to fix or a shelf to restock.
