Global E Travel Solutions Pvt Ltd operates out of D-301 on the first floor in West Vinod Nagar. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, very busy with lots of shops and people moving around. Our office is just a regular room filled with computers and a few desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens, trying to figure out travel routes and prices for people. We don't have a fancy storefront with big posters. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking up the stairs. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of paperwork piled up, but we manage to keep things organized enough. Most of us have been working in travel for years, so we know how frustrating it can be when things go wrong. We just try to get the tickets booked correctly and answer the questions people have. The air conditioner hums in the background all day, and we drink a lot of chai to keep going. We aren’t a giant company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team in East Delhi doing our job. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep, and the neighborhood can be a maze if you aren't from around here. We just stay focused on the work at hand and try to keep things moving. It’s honest work and we like being part of this local community.
