Global Aviation

We run Global Aviation right out of 11/172 Geeta Colony here in Delhi. It is a busy neighborhood and our office fits right in with the rest of the shops and homes. We have been around for a bit, mostly helping people with travel stuff and logistics related to flying. Delhi is a huge hub, so there is always someone looking for help with cargo or tickets or just trying to understand how to get from point A to point B. It isn't a glossy office with marble floors. It is just a practical space where we can get work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various agents and airlines. Sometimes the traffic in Geeta Colony makes it hard for people to reach us, but we are usually here from morning until late evening. We started this because we knew a bit about the industry and saw that people in the local area needed a place they could actually walk into and talk to a real person. We do not have a big marketing budget. We just rely on doing the job right so people come back next time they need to fly somewhere. It is mostly about keeping track of schedules and making sure no one misses their connections. We deal with a lot of paperwork, which can be a headache, but that is just part of the business. It is a simple setup, but it keeps us busy every single day.
