If you head over to Ta-174A in Lane No. 03, which is part of the Tughlkabad Extension in Kalkaji, that is where we are. It’s a bit of a maze back here, and if it’s your first time visiting, you might have to ask someone on the street for directions. The office is right there in New Delhi-19, and it’s a fairly busy little spot. We deal with aviation services, but our office doesn’t look like an airport or anything. It’s more of a regular room with some desks pushed together and a few maps on the walls that are starting to curl at the edges. The lane outside is usually full of parked bikes and people moving around, so it’s never really quiet. We have a couple of old computers that take a minute to start up in the morning, but they get the job done eventually. It’s a local operation, so we don’t have any of that corporate polish you might expect from the name. We just sit here, answer the phones, and handle the paperwork that comes in from the aviation side. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Delhi summer. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just work out of this extension in Kalkaji and try to keep things moving forward day by day. It’s simple, it’s a bit messy, but it’s how we do things here.
