Glimpses Of India Tours is based on the second floor of a building at Wz-279. We are located on Street Number 16 in New Delhi. You have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to us, but it is not a big deal. We have a few old maps pinned up on the walls, even though we do most of our actual planning on the computers these days. The office usually looks a bit messy with all the travel brochures and itineraries scattered around on the desks. We spend our time talking to people on the phone about their travel plans and trying to figure out the best way for them to get around. It is mostly just a few of us typing away or looking at schedules. The street outside is always noisy with people shouting and drivers honking their horns, but that is just typical for this part of New Delhi. We have a small window, but the view is just the building across the street, so we don't look out of it much. We have been running the agency from this same spot for a long time. We are not a massive company with hundreds of staff members. It is just a handful of us who know a lot about the different routes and places to stay. We don't use any fancy systems, just our own experience and a lot of patience.
