Our office is over in B K Dutt Colony, which is right by Lodhi Road in New Delhi. It's a nice enough spot, though parking is always a headache for anyone coming to visit. We work out of C-94. It’s mostly just us handling the back-end stuff for the Ginger Hotels. You won’t find any grand lobbies here, just desks and computers. The colony itself has a bit of a quiet feel compared to the main road, which I appreciate. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of emails and people checking on bookings from different parts of the country. I take the bus most days because driving in this part of Delhi is too much stress. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go to sit for ten minutes during the afternoon. The building is a bit older, so the stairs creak and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make coffee, but the machine is always acting up. It’s a straightforward environment. No one wears suits unless there’s a big meeting, which doesn't happen that often here. We just focus on our tasks and try to stay organized. It’s a regular job in a regular part of the city. We’ve been in this specific office for quite a few years now. The landlord is nice enough. We usually leave by six. It's been okay.
