Gian Communication

Our shop is located in Malviya Nagar. It is a nice residential area with a lot of people walking around the lanes all the time. We do not have a huge space inside, but it is enough for what we do every day. Mostly, we help people with their mobile connections or selling them a new handset when their old one finally stops working. The morning usually starts with us pulling up the heavy metal shutter and sweeping the front step. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on if there is a wait for their service. A lot of elderly people from the neighborhood come to us because they find the newest smartphones a bit confusing to use, so we spend time explaining how to send a message or make a video call to their family. It is a patient kind of work that we enjoy doing. Malviya Nagar can get very crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk, so the shop feels like a little escape from the noise sometimes. We have a small radio playing in the corner to keep things lively while we work. We do not have any fancy marketing or big ads. People just know us because we have been here for years and we do our job. We keep a stock of different chargers and cables because someone is always losing theirs. It is just a regular shop run by regular people.
