Gian Communication

We are located in the Saket Mini Market, which is a fairly easy place to find. Gian Communication is the name on the simple sign we have outside. It's a small shop in a busy little corner of Saket that stays active all day. I’ve lived around this part of town for most of my life, so opening a business in the mini market just felt like the right move. We mostly help people with their mobile phones and simple recharge plans. It’s the kind of place where you can just drop in and ask a quick question without any pressure. We don't have a team of people in fancy suits or anything like that. It’s usually just me or a family member helping out behind the small counter. The space is tight, but it’s enough for what we do on a daily basis. Saket is a nice area, though the parking can be a real nightmare near the market shops. Most of our regular customers just walk over from their homes. We’ve seen all kinds of phones come through these doors over time, from the old basic ones to the newest models. We don't claim to be the biggest shop around, we just do what we can. Sometimes the internet connection is slow or a specific repair takes longer than we expected, and we just tell people the truth. Honesty works better than polished talk in a place like Saket Mini Market.
