Road is a major highway, so there is a constant stream of traffic passing by at all hours of the day and night. You can hear the heavy trucks and the buses from inside the building. Shahdara is an older part of the city, and it has its own unique character. It’s crowded and can be a bit messy, but it’s where we are based. The office at 561 is a simple building. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights. It’s just a place to work. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and files. We’ve been at this G.T. Road location for a good while now. The walk from the nearest transport stop can be a bit of a struggle when it’s raining or when the sun is really beating down in the middle of summer. There are plenty of small tea shops and snack stalls along the road where we go for breaks. The area around Shahdara is always bustling with people going to and from work. It’s a very grounded place to be. We don’t try to be something we’re not; we just focus on the daily tasks we have at hand. Working right on such a main road means we are easy to find if you know the building number, even with all the chaos.
