German Embassy

This place is at Wz 14/3 in Krishna Park Extension. It is down Street Number 18 in New Mahavir Nagar, which is a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here. New Delhi-110018 is the pin code. Even though the name is German Embassy, this isn't that big compound you see in the diplomatic area. It is a smaller setup tucked away in a residential street. Most people get confused when they first try to find us because the streets are narrow and look alike. We have some office space here where we handle specific tasks. The building is a typical Delhi construction, standing right next to other houses. You can hear the neighbors and the street vendors passing by. It is a very local vibe. We don't have guards in fancy uniforms out front, just a gate and a small sign. Inside, it is just desks and files. We keep things simple. The lighting isn't great in the back rooms, and the stairs are kind of steep. But we get through the work. It’s a quiet part of Krishna Park mostly, except for the usual Delhi traffic sounds from the main road. We have a few staff members who have been coming here for years. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay organized. It is just a regular office doing its part in this neighborhood. No frills, no big glass windows. Just a place on Street 18.
