Genpact

This is our spot at H-61 in West Patel Nagar. We have been operating Genpact out of this New Delhi address for some time. It is a pretty typical neighborhood, so things can get a bit crowded on the streets outside. Inside, it is just us trying to get through the daily pile of work. We do not have a big corporate lobby with marble floors or anything like that. It is more about the people sitting at their computers and making sure the data and the tasks are handled right. Some of us have been here for years, and we have seen the area change a lot. You get used to the sounds of the traffic and the local vendors nearby. It is a practical place to work. We spend a lot of time on calls or just typing away. We don't really do the whole fancy office culture thing. We just show up, do what needs doing, and go home. There is always a lot of tea going around the office to keep everyone awake. The desks are a bit cluttered with notebooks and old files. We just try to keep things organized enough so we don't lose track of the important stuff. It is honest work in a busy part of Delhi, and we are quite used to the rhythm of this place by now. It works for us and keeps us moving through the year without too much stress over the small things.
