Genpact

We’re located over at A 16 G D Colony in Mayur Vihar Phase III. If you've ever tried to navigate Mayur Vihar during rush hour, you know it can be a bit of a puzzle. Our spot in Delhi 110096 is tucked into the colony, so it feels a little more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. We've been at Genpact for a good stretch, and the routine is pretty much set in stone by now. Every morning, we walk past the local shops and see the same people starting their day. The building at A 16 isn't the newest on the block, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We spend most of our time at our desks, dealing with whatever comes across the screen. There’s no big fancy mission statement hanging on the wall or anything. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them finished before the evening traffic gets too bad. It’s a lot of typing and talking, and sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird clicking noise that we’ve all just learned to ignore. People in the colony know we’re here, and we try to keep things quiet and respectful. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. That’s pretty much the whole story for our little corner of Mayur Vihar.
