Genpact

Our office for Genpact is situated at Wz-28 B in Sant Nagar, which is right in the Tilak Nagar area of New Delhi. If you know this part of town, you know it is always packed with people and the streets are never truly quiet. We are based in a building that fits right into the busy streetscape. Every morning, we walk past the local vendors and the commuters trying to beat the traffic. Inside, it is a hive of activity with people on phones and typing away at their keyboards. It is a very practical workspace where every inch of room is used for something. We have the usual office furniture and the smell of coffee is almost always in the air. Tilak Nagar has a very specific energy, and our office definitely reflects that. We deal with a lot of data and processes, so things can get a bit intense during the peak hours of the day. Sometimes we have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise from the street, but that is just life in Sant Nagar. The walls are a bit plain and we could probably use a few more plants, but we are mostly focused on the screens in front of us. It is a good place to work if you like being in the middle of a lively neighborhood rather than stuck in a boring industrial park. We just get on with our tasks and head home.
