Genpact

This specific office of ours is situated in the Sargodha Co-Operative Group Housing Society. We are at Plot 13 in Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a company like Genpact, being inside a residential complex, but that is where we are based. The office itself is pretty simple and functional. We have the standard desks, chairs, and computers that you would find anywhere. It is not one of those massive corporate campuses with gyms and cafes. We mostly just focus on getting our work done. The society is a nice place with some trees and a bit of space to walk around during lunch. We see the local residents every day and the security guards at the gate know our faces by now. It is a very normal routine. We come in, do our tasks, and head home when the day is finished. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. We do not have any flashy decorations or big signs. It is just a place for us to sit and handle the projects we are assigned. Working in Dwarka is nice because it is a bit away from the extreme rush of central Delhi. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense environment where we just try to stay on top of our daily responsibilities.
