Genpact India

We are over here in Lucknow, specifically at the place in Alambagh. It is in the first lane of Madhuban Nagar, right by where Sri C.D. Pandey is. This spot is where we handle a lot of the work for Genpact India. Most days start pretty early because there is always something to catch up on. People walk in and out, and the tea guy comes by around ten. It’s not a huge fancy skyscraper, just a regular place where we get things done. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Lucknow can get really hot in the summer, so the AC in the office is usually running full blast. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. If you are looking for us, you just head down to Alambagh and find that lane. It is a quiet enough area compared to the main markets. We do mostly data and back-end stuff here, sitting at our desks and making sure the numbers look right. It is a steady kind of job. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a group of people working together in this part of town. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad except when the traffic at the main crossing gets stuck. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. It feels like a small community inside this building. That’s pretty much what we are about, just doing the daily grind in Lucknow.
