Genpact India

Our office is over at Plot No. 719, right in Flat No. 101. It’s in Sector 5 of Vaishali, which is part of Ghaziabad. We’ve been here for a while now and it’s a pretty standard spot for Genpact India. The building is easy enough to find if you know Sector 5. We aren't tucked away in some giant skyscraper; it’s more of a local feel in this part of India. The flat is where we do all our thinking and planning. It’s not always the quietest place since there’s usually something going on in the street outside, but we like the energy. We have our computers set up and there’s always a pot of tea or coffee going in the back. Working out of Vaishali means we’re close to a lot of things, which is handy. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. It’s just us telling it like it is. We spend our mornings getting through the pile of work and our afternoons trying to stay organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. Genpact India is just a group of people trying to do a good job from a flat in Ghaziabad. We don't need much more than that. It’s a practical space for practical work, and we’re quite comfortable with how things are set up here.
