Down in Janak Puri, specifically at Wz 197/6 E in Virender Nagar, is where you’ll find our Genpact-Ge Healthcare office. We are on Street No 2A. It’s a mixed kind of neighborhood where people live and work side by side. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our setup for handling healthcare-related work. It’s a lot of data and keeping things in order. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s more about just getting through the tasks of the day. The street can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle. We have a few computers and some basic furniture. It’s the kind of place where you know your coworkers well because we are in a smaller space. We don't have big speeches about our goals. We just show up and handle the healthcare documents and whatever else comes in. It gets busy, especially in the middle of the week. Sometimes we order food from the local shops nearby when we have to stay a bit late. The office is just a practical place to get things done. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy rugs or expensive art. It’s just us at Virender Nagar, doing the work that needs doing. That’s the reality of our daily life here at the office, just focused on the piles of work.
